Partner with Beanstalk 2026:
Get in the Room with America's Best Brand Operators

Every way to participate in Beanstalk 2026 — from full partnership packages and speaking opportunities to standalone dinners, boardrooms, lunches, experiences and branding. Built around high-density, face-to-face access to the most senior room in commerce.

Beanstalk is the largest gathering of executives of Disruptor Brands in North America.

Unlike other conferences focused on content and listening to people on stage, 90% of the time spent at Beanstalk is in 1:1 or small-group, peer-led discussions — maximizing the opportunities for individuals to connect, network and learn from one another.

It's an invite-only conference that admits only C-Suite or equivalent Heads of Functions and Departments, so only decision makers attend — ensuring everyone you meet is someone you should get to know.

Beanstalk is organized into four tracks, so your program reaches exactly the right room:

Track 01
Legendary CEOs
The most senior founders & CEOs
Track 02
Emerging CEOs
Fast-rising founders & CEOs
Track 03
Marketing & Growth
CMOs & growth leaders
Track 04
Finance & Operations
COOs & CFOs

An industry-leading concentration of decision makers

Beanstalk's invite-only approach means an unusually senior, brand-heavy room. Compared to other events in 2025, Beanstalk had 90%+ of attendees at VP and above — upwards of 2× the next leading conference.

What's the summary of this event?

We're hosting a VIP/speaker dinner on the first night (Sept 14th) of Beanstalk. It's for about 150 of the most important or most senior guests attending Beanstalk — founders, CEOs, leading investors and a select group of CMOs, CFOs and COOs. Four parallel receptions run at once (VIP, Founder & CEO, Marketing & Growth, Finance & Ops) and you sponsor one.

Who are the potential guests?

This dinner brings together the most important people attending Beanstalk. As a sample of the types of guests (from last year): Karissa Bodnar (Thrive Causemetics), Dave Heath (Bombas), Amanda Baldwin (Olaplex), Noura Sakkijha (Mejuri), Abhi Ramesh (Misfits Market), Ben McKean (HungryRoot), Eric Grossberg (Brilliant Earth), Sean Frank (Ridge), Jennifer Hyman (Rent the Runway), Jordan Nathan (Caraway), and many more.

What's the format of the event?

The reception & dinner run from 5:00pm to 8:00pm:

  • From 5:00pm — guests register and arrive for drinks and cocktails.
  • Around 6:30pm — guests transition to their dinner seats, with arranged seating.
  • Until 8:00pm — seated dinner in tables of 6; guests introduce themselves to adjacent tables to optimize connectivity.
What are the logistics?

Date: Monday September 14, 2026
Time: 5:00pm to 8:00pm (welcome reception & dinner)
Location: Venues could be Zero Bond, Manhatta, Flyfish Club, ZZ's, Soho House or Cipriani
Estimated guests: 150

How much does this cost?

$30,000 per co-host (3 to 4 non-competitive co-hosts) or $90,000 to be the sole host.

  • Comes with 2 complimentary tickets to Beanstalk (or up to 6 if you are the sole host).
  • 2 executive representatives from your company can join the reception.
  • You'll have 2 tables (12 total seats) at the Day 1 Welcome Dinner.
What's included with this event?
  • We introduce you to all guests in advance so you have an excuse to follow up and schedule 1:1s during Days 2 and 3.
  • We help with post-event follow-ups and nudges.
  • You get 2 tables of 8 (16 total seats) at the Day 1 Welcome Dinner.
  • We work on seating arrangements and curate the guests most interesting to you.
  • We thoughtfully insert visual branding — caricature signage on table stands or digital screens, decals where available, and branded napkins.
Why is this interesting?
  • Interact and get connected to the most important guests at Beanstalk.
  • You're introduced to all guests so you have an email history to follow up on.
  • Includes 2 Beanstalk tickets, valued at ~$8,990.
  • We don't allow competing co-hosts — only those we really believe in, so we can confidently introduce you pre-, during and post-Beanstalk.
  • Access to both the welcome reception and welcome dinners.
  • You can extend invitations to important prospects/customers who aren't attending Beanstalk — a nice way to stand out.
How does this differ from private dinners?
  • This is a larger event with ~150 guests in a more open setting, not a private dinner of 20–24 in a private room.
  • There is no guest of honor to kick off dinner conversations.
  • It's a full buyout of the restaurant rather than a private dining room.
  • Co-hosting comes with 2 tickets, so the true incremental cost above tickets is roughly $20,000.
Will we get email information, and when will we be introduced to the guests?

You will get emails and introductions 24 to 48 hours prior to the reception.

What's the format of the event?

Everyone sits around a single boardroom table/oval in a private room or unique venue:

  • First 3 minutes — guests seated; opening remarks by you and the moderator.
  • Minutes 3–10 — guests introduce themselves around the table.
  • Minutes 10–25 — Guests of Honor answer a set of opening questions.
  • Minutes 25–50 — the moderator continues and pulls other participants into the discussion.
  • Minutes 50–60 — buffer, thanks and wrap-up.
What are the logistics?

Tuesday Boardroom (1 of 2): Tuesday September 15, 2026, 1:20pm–2:20pm.
Wednesday Boardroom (2 of 2): Wednesday September 16, 2026, 11:45am–12:45pm.

How much does this cost?

$8,450 per single 10–16 person boardroom discussion (no meeting space, one day). $19,750 for 2× 12–16 person boardroom discussions with private meeting space (both days). $29,750 for 2× 20–26 person boardroom discussions with private meeting space (both days).

What's included?

For the formats with meeting space: 2 boardroom discussions (one Tuesday, one Wednesday) and 1 Beanstalk ticket for your CEO or a member of your leadership. The space includes tables, chairs for 14 or 26 guests, and basic signage.

How do you determine the Guest(s) of Honor?

Guests of Honor are selected based on a combination of factors — chiefly who is credible and compelling enough to make the discussion great for participants. You can start to prioritize Guests of Honor 12 weeks prior to Beanstalk, and we lock yours down about 4 weeks prior. Last-minute substitutions can happen the week prior due to illness or urgent conflicts; we use your alternate selections as back-ups.

How do you determine the topic(s)?

Our content team generates a set of topics covered on the first and second day. We work with you to identify the topic(s) most fitting for your business — thoughtful of the industry environment and broad enough to attract a strong group. You select the topic(s) around 3 weeks prior to Beanstalk.

How do we determine who participates?

Attendees are curated based on brands you deem interested or very interested in the Meetups selection process. Final attendees are determined within 7 days of Beanstalk to reflect the latest attendee list.

How do you decide on the moderator?

Each boardroom discussion is facilitated by a moderator. If we're comfortable, your CEO or number-two executive can moderate; otherwise we assign a leading figure knowledgeable about the topic. We lock down your moderator approximately 4 weeks prior to Beanstalk.

What can I do with the venue, and until when?

You can use the space to host 1:1s or smaller group meetings, decorate it with signage and branding, and add furniture. Availability: September 15 from 9:30am to 4:30pm, and September 16 from 9:30am to 1:30pm.

Detailed / Power Lunches

Lead the table over lunch

Power Lunches take place over lunch on September 15 (12:15pm–1:05pm), where you lead a discussion with 7 to 9 other executives on professional topics (for example, how they're implementing AI in their business) or personal ones (how to be a great parent, how to manage your own performance).
